Ellevate – Late, Cancellation and No-Show Policy

To ensure the best possible experience for all clients, please take note of our booking rules:

1. Arrival for your appointment

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes early.
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your service being cancelled or rescheduled, as we won’t have enough time to deliver the full service and premium experience you expect.
  • If lateness is recurring, the cancellation and no-show policies below will apply.

2. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • We ask that any cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Without adequate notice, a 50% fee of the reserved service will apply.
  • Rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice is also subject to the 50% service fee.
  • Frequent cancellations or changes without notice may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. No-Show (missed appointment without notice)

  • If you do not attend your appointment without informing us, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service.
  • Repeated no-shows without notice may result in permanent refusal of service.
