Ellevate Education was born as a natural extension of barbering practice. It is a learning space designed for those who want to take their first steps in the profession, providing a solid foundation, real contact with the day-to-day of the salon, and close guidance. Classes take place within the studio, in a simple and practical format. The focus is on developing the essential technical skills of barbering, always connected to practice, client service, and professional routines. Here, learning is never separated from doing. At Ellevate, we believe that technique gains value when accompanied by professional attitude, responsibility, and awareness. For this reason, the content goes beyond cutting and also covers organisation, biosafety, and the way the barber positions themselves in the workplace. Ellevate Education is built on real practice — the pace of the salon, repetitions, corrections, and direct contact with the work. It is in this environment that learning gains meaning and consistency. The beginner course runs over 15 weeks, with weekly sessions, allowing for progressive and safe development.
